Our neighbors to the north in Westwoods Mesa are once again hosting a Fourth of July Parade. All are welcome. They ask people to meet at their retention pond in the middle of the neighborhood (north of W 69th Pl, and east of Joyce Ln) at 9:50 am. with decorated (if you wish) bikes and scooters. You can walk, roll, or watch. The Arvada Fire department will again lead the parade (unless there's an emergency) and spray the kids at the retention area afterward.
